On your device
Your programs, rosters, lineups, plays and notes are saved on your iPad or Mac. Roster photos are read on the device and are not uploaded.
Sharing a team
If you share a team, a copy of that team is stored on our server so players can open it: the team and program name, players' names, numbers and positions, and the team's lineups, plays and notes. Grad years, heights, player notes and other teams are not included. Stop sharing turns the link off; email us to have the copy deleted.
Tournament alerts
If you follow a team's AES tournament schedule with alerts on, Rotato sends our server your device's push notification token, the AES team IDs you follow, and the name you gave each team. We use them only to check AES for schedule changes and notify you. Devices that haven't opened Rotato in 120 days are removed, and the push log is deleted after 30 days.
Schedules come from AES (Advanced Event Systems), which publishes them publicly. Rotato is not affiliated with AES, SportsEngine or USA Volleyball.
