Coaches (iPad and Mac)

Start a program. Rotato opens with demo school and club programs. Use Programs › New program for your own, add a season and teams, then add players in Teams & Rosters, by typing, pasting a list, a Google Doc link, or a photo of a printed roster.

Build rotations. On Rotations, pick a lineup type and setter system, then drag players for serve receive, defense and offense. Changes can be undone with ⌘Z.

New season. Teams & Rosters › Start next season graduates seniors (school) or resets rosters (club) and carries the rest over.

Share with your team. Rotations › Share with team gives you a code and a link. Players open it on their iPhone and see rotations, plays and the tournament schedule. Only you can change anything. Stop sharing turns the link off.

Tournament schedules. Tournaments › Link AES team: paste any AES event link your team is entered in and pick the team. Rotato finds its other events and alerts you when a schedule posts or a match moves.

Players and parents (iPhone)

Install Rotato, then tap the team link from your coach, or open Rotato and enter the 6-letter team code. You'll see the rotations, the schedule and the roster. Turn on notifications to hear when the schedule posts or a court changes.

Rosters and lineups stay on your device. See the privacy policy for what's shared when you share a team or turn on tournament alerts, and how to have it deleted.
